Kaitlyn is keen on fostering culture and creating a company that engages employees who are passionate about what they do to deliver quality service. Her path to HVAC operations has not always been a straight one. Dabbling in accounting, human resources, account management and operations has given Kaitlyn a well-rounded business background. In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time outdoors with her pup Scout, playing basketball and enjoying live music anywhere.
Donald
Donald loves anything and everything to do with HVAC. He excelled in trade school and has accumulated an extensive amount of knowledge regarding HVAC and refrigeration over 20 plus years in the industry. Donald is a master licensed technician who is driven to develop talent on Fusion’s team and elevate each technician's skills. He enjoys spending time with his three kids.
Dustin
Dustin believes that great places to work nurture a culture of teaming and collaboration. His priority is to ensure everyone receives the support, training and tools needed to be successful while comfortably exchanging feedback so Fusion can constantly improve. Dustin has a strong business sense developed through his experiences as a senior manager at Ernst & Young in New York where he worked with several private and public companies. Outside of work, Dustin enjoys spending time with his family, being active outdoors and traveling.
